Order Issue
Items I ordered were out of stock

If Good Taste runs out of the items that you ordered, you will be notified by outlet staff via phone call.

Once order delivered & you not been notified by our team for the out of stock item, please report to us immediately via Help Center, your out of stock order will be refunded.

My order is getting cancelled

Outlet must fulfill your order. However, the outlet may cancel your order if the drink/ food you've ordered is out of stock. You can reuse any promotion code meant for this booking for your next order (subjected to ongoing promotional t&c). If your payment has been deducted, please report to us immediately via Good Taste Help center, your order will be refunded.

I have a missing order

We're extremely sorry that you are facing issues with your drink/ food order. Please report to us immediately via Good Taste Help center, your missing order will be refunded.

Can I file my report for missing/ incorrect items after 24hours?

No. For any issues with your order, such as missing/ incorrect items receive, food arrived in poor condition, spillage, and etc, please file your report within 24 hours upon receiving the order. This allows us to investigate and assess each case as fairly as possible.

Is Good Taste Pickup available all across Malaysia?

All of our Good Taste outlets offer pickup.

Can I change my pick up option (location & time) once the order is placed?

The collection method that you've selected for your order cannot be changed once the order is placed.

Can I modify my order?

Once you have paid for the order, you cannot modify it. If you would like to order more, you can start a new order.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have completed the payment, the order cannot be canceled.

What should I do if I forget to submit tmy special request in my order? (example: less coffee)

If you have a special request, please submit your request before making payment. Orders that have been paid and processed cannot be changed.

Can my order be picked up later?

We don't recommend you pick your order at a later time, because Good Taste's drinks are made fresh. It is to be consumed immediately so you can taste the freshness of the drinks.

Can someone else pick up my order on behalf of me?

Yes, your order can be picked up by your relatives or through ride-hailing. But make sure to provide a screenshot of the QR code and order number to the party who took it, for our outlet team to scan it.

Is it possible if the order from the app is taken a few hours after the payment is successfully made?

we recoomend that you pick up your order as soon as possible, after the status in Good Taste application changes to "ready for Pickup", so that the quality of the drink is maintained. However, if you can't pick up immediately, you can still pick it up later before the end of our opearting hours.

What if the order status is "completed" even though the order has not been picked up at the outlet?

You can still pick up your order by showing your order details to our outlet team. Make sure to pick up your order on the same day you make the payment.

What if I don't pick up my order?

For transactions that are not picked up; they will be considered forfeited and cannot be refunded.

How to get my receipt?

After an order is successfully placed, you will receive your receipt along with your order.

My order was cancelled, how to get refund?

Please contact Good Taste via Help Center, we will assist your refund request accordingly.

I've submitted my refund requests, when I will receive my refund?

When we've received your refund requests, Good Taste will initiate a refund within 24 hours of your request being approved. Once that process has been initiated, the time it takes for your refund to make its way back to you will depend on your chosen payment method.

Will usually take between 14 working days for the refund to be issued to your account. If you have not received your refund after 30days, please get in touch with Good Taste team via help center and we will help you check on the status of your refund.

Can I use cash / COD payment methods for orders in the app?

No. We do not provide COD (cash on delivery) as a payment method. We only accept payments with GrabPay, Touch N Go, ShopeePay, Boost, Debit Card and Credit Card.

Is there a minimum transaction for the use of debit cards and credit cards?

No. There is no minimum transaction for the use of debit cards and credit cards.

If I have finished making a pament but the transaction failed in the app, how long do I have to wait for a refund?

The length of the refund depends on each payment method:
E-Wallet: 3-14 working days
Credit/Debit Card: 7-14 working days

Technical issues
Why is my Good Taste App not working?

If this happens, we would recommend rebooting the Good Taste App with the following steps:
Open your Recent Apps page and close the Good Taste App
Click on the Good Taste App icon again

I cannot received OTP

We understand it can be frustrating when you don't receive your OTP. Here are some common reasons and troubleshooting steps to help you get your code:

  1. Check Your Mobile Number
  2. Check Your Phone and Network
  3. After trying the above steps, please wait a few minutes (usually 30-60 seconds) and then click the "Resend OTP" button on our platform.
  4. If You're Still Not Receiving It, please contact our customer support team immediately. Provide us with your registered mobile number, the time you requested the OTP, and any troubleshooting steps you've already taken. We will investigate the issue further from our end.
Can I change the phone number on my Good Taste account?

No. It is not possible to change the phone number on the Good Taste account. Please create a new account with a new phone number.

What if the phone number registered to the Good Taste account is lost/ forfeited?

You are only allowed to register one phone number per account. If the registered phone number is lost or forfeited, please create a new account with new data (phone number & email).
